Shipping policy

We send our items on the day after order , cause we like our customers to have their order as soon as possible. 

We will gladly send you your tracking number by email after we offered the package to the postal/logistic company that will take care of the order for you.

For shipping we use  Correos de España, The post of Serbia (depends in which stock your item is available) and DHL by your request for urgent deliveries.

You should receive your items in next ten-14 working days. 

Any shipment that is reported as not received by the customer shall be considered lost and we will either reship the Product or issue a Customer Refund within 2 business days of the customer report date.

We keep you updated on the order through confirming shipment and providing information on the shipping carrier, shipping method, and tracking number.
