Postage and Payments



We send our items on the day after order , cause we like our customers to have their order as soon as possible. 

We will gladly send you your tracking number by email after we offered the package to the postal/logistic company that will take care of the order for you.

For shipping we use Post Serbia, Post Express, Correos de España, and DHL by your request for urgent deliveries.

You should receive your items in next ten working days. 

Any shipment that is reported as not received by the customer shall be considered lost and we will either reship the Product or issue a Customer Refund within 2 business days of the customer report date.

We keep you updated on the order through confirming shipment and providing information on the shipping carrier, shipping method, and tracking number.

The pricing quoted on the site includes VAT.



All prices are in Euros (EUR). If paying with a non-EU credit or debit card, please check with your card issuer for conversion rates. Your credit card provider will apply the conversion rate at the time of the transaction; any refunds we make will be in EU and are can thus be at a different rate than the original transaction.

Please note that customers outside EU may be officially liable to pay customs duties on deliveries.
