Do you feel nostalgic when you watch Disney movies? Do you have big smile on your face? Are your eyes shining? Are you getting exited?
Me too...
Disney had such a tremendous influence on me while I was growing up. I was raised on Disney movies, and I feel really thankful for it.
Disney was founded on 16 October 1923, by brothers Walt Disney and Roy O. Disney – as the Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio, and established itself as a leader in the American animation industry before diversifying into live-action film production, television, and theme parks. The company also operated under the names The Walt Disney Studio and then Walt Disney Productions, taking on its current name in 1986.
This team always made certain to teach their audiences – us children, true values, which helped built us into better adults, enriching our childhoods with beautiful characters, emotions, colors, and songs, all weaved into amazing and unforgettable stories, the ones we will never forget.
Today, since Disney has grown into a global empire, the name of its founder has somewhat drifted from the ideals that he championed and that were represented in the work of this out amazing talent. Because of this I feel the need to remind everyone:
WHY DO WE LOVE DISNEY?
Because he teaches us:
1. that friends are forever:
2. to take care of the ones in need
3. why is not good to be bad
4. to fight for our rights
5. that the power of love is stronger than anything:
Walt was a master filmmaker, the best filmmaker of all time, his films are unique visual symphonies, that were designed to evoke every emotion in its fullness.
